Leadership Development

Everyone has the potential to be a great leader. This is my fundamental belief. Leaders always have a profound impact on the people around them. It is therefore important to understand the impact you have and define the type of leader you want to be. This requires self-awareness! My approach to leadership development starts with the individual: developing self-awareness and personal leadership.

Personal Leadership

Starting with self-awareness and personal leadership will allow you to more consciously create meaningful relationships with the people you lead. You will engage in crucial dialogues, those that really matter to both the other and yourself, keeping in mind what drives and motivates the other person. The skills to do this will also be further developed and supported. You will learn to translate this personal leadership to your behaviour as a leader in your organisation. There are many ways to develop leadership, amongst which:
  • Coaching

    Coaching is one of the most powerful ways to develop yourself and to become a successful leader. Leaders who work with a coach have been found to be better leaders. Read more about my approach when coaching.

  • Leadership Programmes

    Leadership programmes are always tailored to the needs of your organisation and the individual participants. These programmes are strongly linked to the goals and challenges of the organisations. They can contain different methods: from 360 ° feedback surveys to stretch assignments, from storytelling to business projects.


What I do

Consultancy and Design

Are you considering developing leadership within your organisation? Or, have you already decided to offer a leadership programme to your management team and need to develop the next step? I can support you by delivering the following services:
  • Determine the desired goals and impact of the development programme
  • Design of the programme and interventions. All of these will be tailored to the organisation’s specific needs and context
  • Implementation of the programme, from project management to coordination of activities
  • Selection of facilitators, coaches and locations.

Development programme

A leadership programme always reflects the values and culture of the organisation. This applies to programmes for both junior leaders and senior executives. With these development programmes I will challenge and support you and your organisation to try out new ways of learning. In doing so, participants are stimulated to get the best out of themselves, using different, refreshing methods.
