CTT stands for Cultural Transformation Tools. The tools enable you to identify and map the values of you as an individual, of your organization or part thereof, or your community.

How do I use it?

A Personal Values Assessment or a Leadership Values Assessment (LVA) could be part of our coaching. The LVA deepens your understanding of what you need to do to become an authentic, 'Full Spectrum' leader. It also measures personal entropy and how you are contributing to the Cultural Entropy of the organization.

When working on Cultural Change programmes and/or with teams, using a Cultural Values Assessment (CVA) gives an overview of what values people in your organization are personally motivated by, of how they look at the current culture and what they see as the desired culture. The CVA results can generate meaningful conversations about the purpose, priorities and strategy of the organization and the well being of all stakeholders.
